At Eurotrol, we rely on our Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative to help our business succeed with customers in more than 100 countries. We’re seeking an experienced colleague who’s eager to use and grow his or her skills on a worldwide stage. In this role, the successful individual will maintain satisfaction of our key customer base and assist in the development of our overall strategy. From early on, you’ll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility. And, you’ll receive world-class training to help you become a leader in your field. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying their skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures and enhance relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Acts as a liaison between customers and management 
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Identify customer needs
  • Monitor customer complaints 
  • Inform customers about new products
  • Gather customer feedback for Sales and Marketing
  • Prepares documents and reports for future reference
  • Develops and maintains vast knowledge of the products 
  • Conduct surveys regarding products and services
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions 
  • Update customer information in the CRM
  • Work hand-in-hand with the management team
  • Recommend potential products and services
  • Order processing
  • Reporting to the Business Development Director
