Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist (3-Day Work Week)

To support our growing business throughout the Americas, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Order & Logistics Specialist to join our close-knit team in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers receive their orders quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verifying order details before shipment
• Preparing temperature-controlled shipments using insulated packaging and cold packs
• Creating shipping labels and coordinating shipments with UPS and FedEx
• Tracking shipments and helping resolve delivery issues
• Assisting customers with urgent shipping requests
• Helping maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service

Experience in order processing, logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
• Day shift
• Approximately 20–24 hours per week

These are our busiest shipping days, making this schedule ideal for someone seeking a consistent part-time position.
